You call us/ email us/ tie a note round a brick and throw it through our window and we talk about the nature of your event.

Who’s attending, what the venue is like, the theme you have in mind…

 

Our team all work online and liase on a daily basis about show ideas.

Your event is discussed at one of these meetings. We also post ideas on The Outwits forum, which is open to our members 24 hours a day.

 

We then get together go over options with you.

We can work to a prescribed budget or we can pitch options that you and your team can weigh up at a later date.

 

Once the show is confirmed we give you our Outwits brief sheet.

This is a piece of paper that we have honed over the years to prevent what we in the trade refer to as “cock ups”. It covers important things like the time, date and venue as well as key people and background plus a few other things that people often forget about.

 

Then we consult with the venue, the caterers, scenic artists etc.

to ensure that our show blends with the other aspects of your event. It’s not all about us after all!

 

At the event, you kick back and enjoy the show along with everyone else

– safe in the knowledge that we have done this kind of thing before. We are always on hand to reconfigure the show as we go if your schedule changes or if key people have not arrived.

 

Post event, we call you for feedback

– so we can gauge whether the show was great, really great or off-the-scale.
